On my 8100 this keeps happening and no im not accidently hitting the speaker button anybody else have this problem?

yes, if i hit the disconect(red button) quickly and tab it a few times to end the call , it switches to speakerfone and goes on very loud
idk how to fix though

i think it happens when you hit it more than once

Yeah that is really annoying! You get that stupid disconnect tone... Don't know how to fix it, but if you only hit it once it usually doesn't happen.
