Help! All of our new Curves come with 2 lines built in. Most other carriers will allow you to also put two lines on, but you dont see it until you configure NAM 2. Not Alltel, and they dont know how to disable it.. Problem is our users are going to the phone and accidently putting there phones on Line 2 and then calling our Helpdesk to gripe that they arent getting phone calls and emails. This is even with an hour long tutorial session...

So any hacks, custom policy's etc will help..

Same issue here. Quite annoying the first time one of our users did it and didn't know what to look for.

I havent check BES policy but if I find something in there I will report back.
