apologies in advance is this is a common topic--couldn't find the answer in a search.

i have been able, in the past, to easily move music and movies over to my blackberry from pc using media manager. however, now when i sign in, my media card is no longer available--only device memory.

Any ideas?? i don't have any room in my device memory.

Try removing media card and then reinserting. Also check your media card settings in your BB and make sure it is set for mass storage mode so your PC will recognize it as a storage device.

i did both of those things....still it's not working. i can get to it on my blackberry, but not with the software. any other ideas?

i tried removing the card, removing the battery and rebooting my pc. i can access the card from the blackberry but not from my pc.

how can i get files over there now if media manager won't recognize the card?
