so i was updating my brand new blackberry pearl 8130 and the power went out just after it finished deleting everything. i get an error code 507 when i do a battery refresh, then when i try to update it i get error code 561( and yes its 561 not 507).is there anything i can do? tried to use jl_cmder but with no success. ohh its a dealer phone so i dont know password, they say it's supposed to be the stores phone# but its not. any help would be great, im going to call data 123 on monday but i hate dealing with them

"C:\cd' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file." same thing for all of them ive tryed with and with out spaces and caps with no luck
try typing cd\ <enter>
then follow the rest of the commands

When do you get that error? when you're trying to change directories or when you're trying to run the loader.exe command?

ok between me and jsconyers we got it to work. first of all anyone using a 64 bit operating system you have to type "cd Program Files (x86)" other wise you wont find what you need.
once the app loader would open and you get it to connect to your bb, i had to let it try to connect (which it would not) but when i closed the app loader to retry i noticed that it had connected itself. so then i followed the steps that app loader gives you and bang i now no longer have a useless blackberry and everything works.
