Another MMS strange problem

I seem to be having a problem with receiving MMS from one particular person. I can receive them from other people except this one account. The strange thing is he can send to my other BB (Curve) without any problems. Here are the things I've tried:
Resending service books (twice actually)
Sending myself a picture MMS
Battery pull (Quick pull because of case, done this many times)
Does anyone have any suggestions? This is really bugging me since it is one particular person and it works on the other berry.
