Default Whats wrong with my BB 8130?

Please Login to Remove!

Okay...so I feel like I'm getting ready to ask a few stupid questions but I don't know who else to ask. lol

Seems like about once or twice a week my phone just wigs out, that's the only term I can come up with to explain it. It works extra slow, when I got to unlock it it takes a really long time, it quits letting me know when I get new emails or messages or when I get a FB notification the little red star shows up on the FB app but when I go to it I don't have any notifications, I have to go to the mobile site to get my message. The FB thing isn't a huge issue that's just a minor annoyance. I power my phone off and power it back on, doesn't work. So I do a hard reset and that works, the red light stays on and it takes a couple of minutes to turn back on and then when it does it says it's verifying the security software...blah, blah. Then everything works fine for a few days. Seems like I'm doing the hard reset a lot more than I should and something not right with my phone.

Any insight or am I just crazy and this is typical for the BB 8130? lol

Wirelessly posted (Tour)

Check your file free memory. Options, status. Have you ever updated your BB OS.

That is NOT a lot! That is 3mb!

Pull the battery and check again. Post your results back here.

Also, follow these links to prevent this issue from happening.

You need around 12,000,000 byte free! 12mb. 3,209,839 is not enough.
