Okay people heres the thing . . .
I have just bought the new blackberry curve, i got it for a very cheap deal, Its 100 minutes and unlimited texts for 15 pound a month.
I have the internet on the phone .. it will just cost an extra pound a day if i go on it.
I have blackberry messenger on my phone and i was wondering, could i use the blackberry messenger since i do have the internet on my phone or will it still cost?
Cos people say it will be free since the internet is on my phone. But im scared incase it costs me
Can anyone please tell me if i wil get it for free since i have the internet on my phone or if it will cost me just like it costs to go on the ACTUAL net
Much apprciated.

You will not be able to use BB Messenger without an official Blackberry Data Plan. You can download other IM clients that will work with generic internet but with a limited plan you run the risk of some serious overcharges on your bill.

Thankyou
I have been told you can get a blackberry bundle for five pounds that will cover all your internet.
Do you know where i can get one of these? or how i can go about getting one.
Or do you have any other ideas how i can get the internet on my phone?

I am sorry but I do not know anything about your carrier. Let's sit tight for a minute and let some other O2 customers answer!

Wirelessly posted (Bold 9000, answers to HAL)

Why not just ask your provider?

You can do it online, or better yet, call up O2.
just ask to add the Blackberry Bolt On, ask how much it is, and they will add it to your plan.

I saw this deal the other day at Phones4u.If you've got the contract I think you have it's a free 8520 on the O2 100 tarriff on a 24 month contract for £15 a month. The problem is it doesn't include BIS which is a bit pointless really.

O2 have 2 different contract Blackberry bolt ons,an unlimited one for £10 a month and a pay per use one where you pay a whopping £2.56 per MB and you are going to need one of them to use internet related services. You will find the details here.
