Deleted emails going to wrong delete folder

The Administrative Assistant (she) at my company is managing my owner's (he) email via outlook. When she is deleting his emails the items are going to her deleted items and not being removed from his blackberry. This seems to be an outlook issue but I figure someone else would have run into the same issue, which became apparent because of the use of the Blackberry. Here is the setup. We have MS Exchange 2007 and all of the PCs are running Outlook 2007. I have given my owner’s Admin full access permission to manage his email. In her outlook she can see and manage his entire mailbox. When she is deleting email from his inbox it is going to her deleted items, even if she drags mail from his inbox to his deleted items. So now the item will not remove from his BB since it is not in his deleted items. I have found a time consuming work-around but was wondering if anyone else has run into the same issue and how you got it resolved. Here is the work-around, once she deletes his emails she can move his deleted items from her deleted items folder into his deleted items folder, and then the items will delete form his BB. Thanks
