Default internet problem w 8130

Please Login to Remove!

my internet didn't work on my pearl 8130 for a few days. called verizon and they said there was a blackout. now, the blackout is over, but i still can't "go to" sites from the BB email screen. I have to use IE on BB. Which I don't like. Also, it's still storing my old work email. I know this is a cluster of problems, any ideas?

Are you on BES for work email?

Have you tried a battery pull?

Wirelessly posted (Tmo's cheapest BB customer)

Probably the emulation mode for BB browser. Never found those to make much of a difference myself though.

I meant Internet Explorer for Blackberry. I'm just using the terms that keep popping up. I have pulled the battery, reset the host routing table and deleted unnecessary apps just in case. Now Internet works, but I cannot send emails or texts with pics.

Verizon will spend 30m on the phone w/ me as they make me do what I've already done, then they'll send me to tech support, so if anyone here cna help me before it gets that far, I'd be grateful!

Also, I used to have Enterprise email on this BB, but it was "deleted", however when I run the Mobile Network Diagnostics Report, the 1st server name is still my old employer and my former email. I can't figure out how to delete that. Halp me!
