Default Handheld Contact not syncing after first time

Please Login to Remove!

I'm using the free version of Handheld Contact to sync my Act 2010 contact list with the BB Storm contact list.
First sycn went fine....sycn'd lots of contacts just fine.
HHC then sync's fine with Act, adding new contacts, but fails to connect or sync with the BB.
Any suggestions?
HHC offers no assistance with the free version!
Thanks.

With the free version, you need to manually sync on the device:
Address book | Menu | sync with ACT!

Thanks Mike,
I think I got it.
New issue:
I have like 3800 contacts in my ACT database. Storm seems to have a hard time swallowing all that. Any idea of max. capacity for contact in the BB Storm?

I think the max capacity is 15,000 contacts with HHC Basic/Entry .... although it will take some time to download and the device can become pretty slow when you have a large number.

BTW: HHC do have support for the free Entry version... just that it's not free

Roger that Mike,
I'm only a few hundred contacts away from completing the full download of my complete ACT database. I'll see how it runs loaded up with all these contacts.
I also saw the $29 per incident support for HHC. With so much help online I'll save this for a last resort.
Since you seem so knowledgeable about HHC, do subsequent updates between the BB and ACT download the full contact list again, or only those additions / deletions since the last sync?
How is summer in Sydney? We're frozen in here in on the E. Coast of the US.
