Does BB has the ability to auto answer my received emails as I have small business website connected to my gmail and sometimes I am not able to send my customers instant confirmation numbers for their reservations so sometimes they get disappointed.

The app type you are looking for is simply called "autoresponder". There are some in BB AppWorld though I doubt they are exactly what you're looking for. Seems to me the app would have to be designed for your system to increment and send the current confirmation number. Here are some other choices.
