hello
i made the change from iphone to blackberry today

and when i bought it
it was working fine no problems.
then i turned it off
to put my orange sim in
and then when i went to turn on
it did a red light then a battery with a red / through the battery came up?

what is this?

the battery had full charge when i turned off.

Feel abit lost HELPP

Just leave the device on charge for a while, sometimes it can take a couple of hours to fully charge. I remember this happened to me when I let my device go really flat.

Since your device is new, it may see the fully charged battery when for e.g it could be less than half charged.
