What - EXACTLY - are you trying to do. Why do you need a new PIN?
The 8 character BlackBerry PIN is hardcoded to the device itself and can't be changed.

OK, you can't change it. It is hardcoded to the device. It cannot be changed. You can't change it.

Once you have added them they have your PIN.
Don't accept people you don't want to have your PIN.
