I m having this issue since a month, i am getting a error message in event viewer that SRP PingResponse Timed out and when ever i ran the Network connection test it shows success full. I am attaching the screen shot of both. please help me out in this issue. I appreciate your help in advance.

as such, users are not having any problem, emails are working fine, but the client is very much concern about this issue thats why i raised this thread, so could you please help me??

Honestly, I don't think there's anything to help with.
Sounds like things are working as normal. I'm putting my money on those event log entries as being spurious errors.
