You may want to contact the original owner if you are still able, obviously the device is still registered to another account. Otherwise, you can try calling Vodafone, but I wouldn't expect too much.

i talked with the original owner and he told me that on this phone he didnt registered any sim , he just put his sim card, wich he had registered on another blackberry , to copy some contacts. I called vodafone but they told me the phone isn`t registered in theyr data base
