When I went to scroll down to get more of the e-mail, i'm now getting this message "More request cannot be completed. Service book information not found".

All my service books are up to date and I have even tried re-sending them all. What the heck is this?

I had the same problem with one of my users today... just got off of blackberry technical support. You more than likely have a corrupt "Message" database.

Here is what you need to do.

1. Open up desktop manager and open Backup and Restore.
2. Do a complete backup of your device.
3. Once complete, go back into backup and restore and click the advanced button.
4. Scroll down the device databases column on the right until you get to messages, highlight it and click the "left" arrow button.
5. If your "Messages" database is corrupt, you will receive an error message.
6. If you receive the error message, then highlight "Messages" and press the clear button.
7. Acknowledge the warning message and click close.
8. Wipe the handheld, ensuring that "Content Protection" is disabled.
9. Restore the backup you did, but in the "Desktop File Databases" on the left, include everything but the "Messages" database.
10. Once complete, you may have to re-send service books, or re-activate if you are using a BES. (Depending on if you get a "Decryption failure".

That really pisses me off that I have to wipe this damn thing AGAIN. I've wiped this f'n device to fix stupid errors countless times in the past couple days. So now I'm going to have to have my IT dept put me back on the BES again right?

Unreal... 8800 has done NOTHING but cause me problems.

You can try to do it without the wipe first, that is what I would do. Just delete the "Message" database and then re-send service book. After you back it up of course.

Alright, I will try that. Hopefully that will fix it. Thanks for your support. This morning I was also getting this random error saying the browser couldn't open the page because it could not render it. I was just clicking on the TeleNav icon to go to the website and install it. It did it for other pages that were just text too, then 30 minutes later it worked.....
